Clonakilty Food Co. Competition Terms and Conditions
The promoter is: Clonakilty Food Company Unlimited Company (company no. 137198) whose registered office is at Baile an Aifreann, Clonakilty, West Cork, Ireland.
The competition is only open to Eligible Entrants. An “Eligible Entrant” is an individual who: (i) is a resident of the Republic of Ireland (“ROI”) or Northern Ireland (“NI”) (ii) is aged 18 years or older at the time of entry (iii) is not an employee of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the Competition; and (iv) is not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether full, half, step or by adoption) of such an employee.
To enter, an Eligible Entrant must, during the period commencing on the xx xxxxxxxx 20xx and ending on the xx xxxxx 20xx (“Entry Period”), make a Qualifying Purchase in a ROI or NI participating store. A “Qualifying Purchase” is the purchase of a “Qualifying Product” that contains a competition label and unique entry code. The following products are “Qualifying Products”:

An Eligible Entrant may enter the competition once for every Qualifying Purchase that they make during the Entry Period.
Entry can only be made via the internet. To submit an entry, an Eligible Entrant must, during the Entry Period, visit http://www.clonakiltyblackpudding.ie/ (“Competition page”) and follow the directions there. For each entry, the Eligible Entrant must provide: (a) the unique entry code on the back of the promotional sticker on the outside of the Qualifying Product; (b) correctly answer the question posted on the “Competition Website” and (c) all other details required on the Competition Website, including first and last names, postal address, contact number and e-mail address.

Closing date for entry will be xx xxxxxxx 20xx at 11.30pm. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
Three winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries and will be chosen using the unique entry code on the packaging of the Qualifying Product.

Children can only travel with a parent or legal guardian.
Children must be aged between 2 and 11 at the time of travel.
All parties travelling must have a valid passport.
Entrants must be available to travel on the xx xxxxxxx 20xx. Date of travel cannot be changed.
No responsibility can be accepted by the Promoter for entries not received for whatever reason.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, natural disaster or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to eligible entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Irish law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
Each winner consents to the Promoter using his/her name and image in any publicity/media material at any time(s) without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Competition, the Promoter and/or any of the Promoter’s products. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Irish data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
Each winner must cover their own travel expenses to Dublin airport and any additional costs that may apply.
The Promoter is not responsible for the winner’s travel insurance and the winner must arrange and cover the cost of said insurance.
Each winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: FAO: Marketing Dept, Clonakilty Food Co., Western Road, Clonakilty, West Cork, Ireland.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
