Clonakilty Whitepudding Apple & Relish Puff Pastry Swirls

An impressive brunch snack to treat the family at the weekend! With minimal ingredients, a quick and easy process and a delicious outcome, what more could you want!
Ingredients
150g Clonakilty Whitepudding, crumbled
1/2 cup tomato chutney or relish
1 apple peeled & grated
20g melted butter
1 egg yolk
1 sheet frozen puff pastry
Method
- Crumble the Whitepudding using your clean hands, peel and grate the apple
- Lightly roll out 1 sheet of frozen puff pastry
- Brush the pastry sheet with melted butter, making sure to get the edges to help it stick
- Spread on a thin layer of relish
- Crumble the Whitepudding over top and spread it out evenly
- Add the grated apple
- Roll it up into a log and trim the ends
- Brush top with egg yolk
- Using a sharp clean knife cut out 6 swirls
- Place on a tray lined with greaseproof paper, egg wash the tops and sides a little more
- Place into a preheated oven at 200C for 20 minutes
- Enjoy!
